James is the Head of Procurement for the Americas region and Global Procurement Lead for Offline Quantitative & Qualitative Research at Kantar. Previously, he held roles in both Industry and Consulting, working within EY’s Supply Chain & Operations Consulting Practice and Global Procurement Function (Marketing Procurement). Prior to EY, James worked within the Aerospace industry, holding roles in Supply Chain and Operational Planning.

Chawntae Applegate

EVP, Client Solutions, Sago

Chawntae Applegate joined Sago in 2019, bringing 25 years of consumer research experience. Chawntae has a keen understanding of qualitative and quantitative research and prides herself on developing long-lasting relationships that support consistent, high-quality data collection and project consultation. As Executive Vice President of Client Solutions, Chawntae is responsible for the overall business development strategy for all North American clients, excluding healthcare.

Shantee Gordon

Sago Panelist

Shantee Gordon, a Native New Yorker, serves as an elective teacher at the East Harlem Charter School, where she guides high schoolers in screenplay writing and mobile filmmaking. Her passion as a mentor and innovator drives her mission to empower individuals through creative expression. Shantee lives by the philosophy, "If you want to go fast, go alone.
